AND THE CULTURAL MINISTRY OF JAPANESE GOVERNMENT.
1993, CAST IN "TOWER OF BABEL", A PROJECT CO-PRODUCED BY INSTITUT INTERNATIONALE DE LA MARIONNETTE, CHARLEVILLE-MEZIERES, FRANCE,
AND DAMU-PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC.
1994, FILMED WHILE BEING A COMMENTATOR AND PERFORMER OF HIGH-DEFINITION TELEVISION PROGRAM IN THE INTERNATIONAL PUPPETRY FESTIVAL
OF FRANCE BY NHK (PUBLIC BROADCASTING ASSOCIATION OF JAPAN).
THE PROGRAM WAS BROADCAST IN JAPAN, 1995 and 1996.
BETWEEN 1994 AND 1995, FILMED IN JAPAN,
CZECH REPUBLIC, AND FRANCE, THE SUBJECT OF AN
AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL DOCUMENTARY TELEVISION
PROGRAM CALLED "WANDERING MACBETH" BY THE
PRODUCTION STUDIO C.A.T.PRAHA, IN COOPERATION
WITH NHK.
IT WAS BROADCAST IN CZECH NATIONAL TV,
CHANNEL 2, 1996.
1996, STARTED THE WORLD TOUR: PARIS, FRANCE;
NEW YORK, USA; BERLIN, GERMANY; BUDAPEST,
HUNGARY; AND ATHENS, GREECE.
ALSO INSTRUCTED A 35-DAY WORKSHOP IN JAPAN
WITH PETR MATASEK OF THEATRE DRAK.
1997, THE "FOREST" TOUR '97. VISITED 9 COUNTRIES,
50 TOWNS, AND MADE 89 PRESENTATIONS.
1998, DESIGNED AND PRODUCTED 60 MASKS,
PUPPETS AND SCENIC ARTS OF "ALICE'S
ADVENTURES IN WONDER LAND" PRODUCED BY THE
TOKYO PUBLIC THEATRE.
THE "FOREST" TOUR '98 AND THE "EGG" TOUR STARTED.
1999/
"MACBETH"tour in Czech Republic and New Zealand.
"FOREST"tour in Italy, Finland and Japan.
"PIECES"tour in Czech Republic and Japan.
Also instructed 1 year workshop "PROJECT 2000" in Tokyo
with Petr MATASEK of Theatre DRAK.
To the performance "Forest" and his global artistic activities
The European Prize "Franz Kafka Medal" was given.
2000-2001/
Produced and co-directed the international project
"A Plague O' Both Your Houses ! -Shakespeare's
Romeo and Juliet" with Theatre Drak and The Japan Foundation.
The Grand-Prix of the international puppetry festival in Pecs,
Hungary was given. The show was also invited into the Bath
Shakespeare festival, England, 2002.
2002/
Directed "Japanese Fairy Tales" for the children's theatre
Children's Theatre Competition 2002.
2003/
Prized "Best Performance For Children"
to the performance "Fairy Tales"
in the international puppet festival in Ostrava
"Spectaculo Interesse 2003", Czech Republic.
2004/
Performed "FOREST" in The International Puppet Festival
in New York produced by The Theatre LaMaMa, etc. and
The Jim Henson Foundation.
